Together with Region Västerbotten, Care Studio identified an important development potential and opportunity in how doctors elsewhere – or in another country – can collaborate more effectively with care home staff. Challenges in communication between doctors and care home staff are due, among other things, to inadequate and uncoordinated systems, for example between the region and the municipality. This can lead to inadequate care and increased stress for both staff and the individual in need of care.
